Bonded washer:Metal ring rust-proof treatment, rubber ring normally choose oil resistant nitrile rubber or FKM rubber. Bonded washer is available in metric and imperial standard dimensions. It is made of rubber ring and metal ring vulcanized integrally. It is a sealing ring which is used for sealing screw and flange and it includes a metal ring and a rubber sealing gasket.

JB 982-77 Regulation specifies the bond form of metal ring and rubber. Bonded washer is used for sealing of threaded joint and plug. It is generally used with a clamp sleeve connector to block the oil outlet. Bonded washer can be divided into type A and type B according to the structure form; According to the different rubber coating can be divided into full coated and half coated.
